1. What kind of acetate materials do you use?     

      Acetate brand: JinYu, JinYe, JiMei, Eleung, Creation, Mazzucchelli etc.  

      Metal: Nickel silver, stainless steel, Pure titanium, beta titanium and other materials              

2. Can you produce according to our own design?      

      Yes, we can make your models per you design.      

      1. You just send us your detailed drawings such as CAD, AI, Corel Draw , pdf. profile or physical samples. 

      2. we make new models according to your design or sample, and send for your confirmation.

      3. we will modify if any changes needed.    

      4. if all OK, then you place the order, we start to do business.   

3. How to select the color?   

      1. You can tell us your favorite pantone No., favorite color of our products or our color sample.   

      2. you can also send us color chips, then we just find the same or similar colors from material supplier, then send for your confirmation. 

4. How many materials of the lens?     

      Usually we have the following different material lens to match glasses: CR-39 lens, Nylon lens, Polarized lens, Acrylic lens (demo lens), Polycarbonate lens.     

5. What is the specific measurement mean? 

      The measurement according to ISO 1811. For example, if a frame marked as 52-19-140, which means the Horizontal lens size(A) is 52mm. The bridge length(DBL) is 19mm and the temple length(L) is 140mm.    

6. About Quality:  

      1. How is your quality management?   

       We have a team of over 10 QC staff who inspect every process from incoming materials through output. In order to guarantee our products meet stringent standards, Aoker inspect every frames before shipment.

      2. What test do you carry out?      

      Spring hinge durability test, soldering strength test, coating adhesive test, ISO12870 test, nickel free test and other required test, drop-ball test etc.

8. About Place Order:   

      1. What is your minimum order quantity?   

      Negotiable.    

      2. How much is the tooling charge?      

      Depending on the structure difficulty grade.

      3. How about your price?     

      Reasonable price and high quality. The price of our products is depends on the following factor: size and structure, material kind, manufacturing difficulty, coating cost and order quantity.  

      4. How about your delivery time?

      Our lead-time for existing models will be 45 days and for new models will be 45-60 days after all the order details have been confirmed. For new model, the delivery time will be 60-70 days after the details confirmed.   

      5. How about your payment term?      

      Our payment term is 30% deposit before production and the balanced be cleared before delivery.  

      6. Can we make amendment on the basis of your sample?  

      Yes, we can. If you are interested in our models and will place order on this model. You'd better tell us the amendment details about the model before production. And we will return our feedback to advise if the change is available or not.   

9. How to get the samples?   

      In order to further understand, we need our new customer fill in our questionnaire by return. After receiving the feedback. We will offer the samples by way of your UPS or FedEx account No. So please kindly inform your courier account before delivery to avoid delay.
